Remove a knowledge base member

Revokes one person's access to the help center. The ThriveDesk user account is untouched, and re-inviting them restores access. Proxied to the help-center service, so the status and body are whatever it returns. Listing and inviting members is not part of this surface. Personal access token only. The API supports a second, partner-issued token class that is not part of the public surface. This endpoint does not accept that class.
